Giving Pizza Hut at Mataram-Lombok a Second Try

Ok..the first time I tried this outlet was few months ago when I brought my nephews and niece for a treat. Since they've never been to a Pizza Hut, I thought this'd be a chance to bring them and of course indirectly, teaching them 'table manners' of the modern world.. :P (am comparing with their only experience of frequenting 'warung' and 'nasi campur' restaurants..and what manners is it we actually have for eating at a Pizza Hut??? Blah.. :P ).. Anyway, that first time was a bad experience and I've blog about it in my now deleted entries of my old blog..

So, this time, today, is my second time in Pizza Hut,Mataram. With my devoted husband with me, it has been quite an impressing service from entering the door, to the table..and taking our orders.. When we're here, 1/3 of the restaurant has been occupied, and none leaving while still waiting for our pizza(have to wait for 15 minutes for our pizza)..and people are still coming in and also some ordering for take-aways.

Now, this makes me think..comparing with my first time here and now: first time, we're here for lunch..they're a bit out of control of the guests, and service's bad.. This second time, we're here for dinner, and it seems that they're in control and service's so far okay and nice.. The big difference I see, is the number of staff..is it because of the meal time or just bad staff management? There's more staff on the floor these second time around..

As for the food, itself, it seems way much more better than my first time here. Even though the foods should be within the standard, however...during our first time here and this second time, there's just too much of a difference that my husband and I are more contented this time.

Now..the only thing that I don't like was, the interruption during our meal..of course the intention is good to see if we need anything anymore or if there's anything they could provide for us to have a more enjoyable meal..but I just don't like interruptions during having my meals...(if I need something I'll give you a call..it's more that kind of thing..). Another one is, they cleared the table while we're still there..of course we've finished eating but we're still sitting there to cool down our tummies. It might be the 'psychology' thing that they're doing to the guests so that maybe 1-giving the impression to the guest to leave sooner as their table has been cleared.. (And might be because there's suddenly a lot of people occupying the restaurant..) Or 2-visually implying to the guest so that they'd think that they'd still want to order some more..(Saw this one on tv about dieting..)

Anyway, this second time around was far more better than our first time and I'm contented and happy.. Will I go there again? Maybe when I have another craving... :P :)
