Miracle City is a mobile game for Android and iOS and can be downloaded form Google Play.

I've been playing this game for almost a year now and found that there's not much information to play this game (guide or walkthrough) except on cheating how to get more crystals. So, I'm going to start my own. (Don't expect too much out of it though...I'm just putting in what I feel necessary. But, if you feel there's anything you'd like to ask, please feel free to drop a comment or message.)

Once you're done with the installation and registration to play the game, your first level screen which is also the main screen would be as in the picture below:
*The picture above is taken when I'm visiting another player with Level 1 as I wanted to show yo how it'd look like for the first time.
As you can see, there a shadow arrow that points the direction of the land (North, South, East, West). Those arrows will be the new lands which you can acquire. However, they are not expandable/upgrade-able. Only the main land where your castle resides can be expanded/upgraded. To do so, simply tap on the castle and you can see the upgrade option and its requirement.
However, you should see the default screen with all the in-game items like in the picture below:
As you can see in the picture above (icons at the top screen from left to right):
1- This is the Profile menu. Tap this area to change your in -game name and picture. Here, you can see the level you're at, and the XP progress needed to complete the level and to progress to the next one. You can also bind your email to the game should you choose to.
2- Magnify option. To enlarge the view.
3- Camera. To take screenshot of your game.
4- Game Setting/Option.
5- Resource. Here, you can see how much coins you have and if you tap down the drop-down arrow, you can see the total resource (wood, metal, stone) that you have.
6- Total Crystal that you have. The '+' will bring you to a screen where you can purchase more crystal or even how to get more 'free' crystal (installing other games).
7- Gifts
Lucky Wheel - The lucky wheel is your daily prizes and can be used once every 24 hours. However, you can play it again by spending 1 crystal every time you want to. ( I think since I played the game, I've only managed to win the 20 Crystals once... Sigh... )
Sending - You can send a gift to your friend in your friend list once every 24 hours. However, I did not see an option on which gift we can choose to give to our friend. It is random.
Receiving/Opening - I think there's a limit on how many gifts we can receive, but I don't remember how much. However, you can open 5 gifts in 24 hours for free and you'll need to spend 1 crystal each for opening more gifts.
8- Storage
There are 3 tabs in the Storage : i- buildings, ii- decorations, and iii- items. Items that you want to keep away from the screen(design) and gifts are kept here. I'm not yet sure what the 'Items' are for though. (Let me know if you have any idea on this?)
9- Tap this icon to Design your screen/land layout. Once you're in the design mode, you just need to tap the item that you either want to move or store.
10- Build icons is where you get to purchase buildings, decorations and the miracles. Buildings can be upgraded until 3 level. Miracles can also be upgraded but I haven't been able to tell you the max level for each item as I am still progressing. (pictures below)
However, you can only build 1 miracle on 1 land.
11- Social. This is where your friend list is kept. It is also where we can search and invite friends. Messages from friends are kept under the Messages tab and you can reply to the messages, however there's a 140 character limit. To send a message to your friend, first go to your friend's page (like in the first picture above of NONAME), and then tap on the 'Post' icon to start composing your message.
12- Glory is where you can see your ranking under several categories such as Wealth, Happiness and Social.
13- This magic book icon is where you get all your quests or missions to be completed. There are two types of daily quests/missions, where one is with time limit and the other one is as long as you're in the level. There's also a 'seasonal' quest which is usually highlighted in Red.
