Anyway, unlike KLIA with the KLIA Express train right under the lower floors, those who're wondering about transportation going into KL from LCCT would have to choose from the 'many' options available.. Either to use taxi or bus :P . I don't know how much it costs to use taxi, but using the bus, would range around RM 8-12. You can choose to purchase the Sky Bus tickets when you purchase your Air Asia tickets, or even bought the ticket on board the flight. It'd cost RM 9 (that's how much it costs at the time I bought it in September 2011). However, if you didn't opt to purchase beforehand, then you can buy the ticket at the ticket stand on your way out of the arrival hall. There'd be several choices of other bus operator as well. However, Sky Bus is the one that's cooperating with Air Asia. For the Sky Bus, it'd be at the bus Terminal 1, past the domestic arrival hall, or Coffee Bean. But, be warned though...if you're arriving at around 4-6pm, due to shift change and working hours exchange, you might have to wait for several buses before you are able to board the bus. People would just become a wee bit 'uncivilized' as well and tends to forget their manners to rush to board the bus. (These might be because everyone's just tired and wish to arrive to their destination as quick as possible..). Bus ride from LCCT to KL Central would take around 40minutes to 1 hours depending on traffic condition in KL. That is...if you choose to ride the bus... From my previous experience, I wouldn't choose to use the bus again..
However, when I was at KL Central, I saw that now, KLIA Express has provided the service to LCCT as well. At first, it's a bit confusing as from what I know, there no direct link from KLIA to LCCT for the KLIA Express. Then, after getting some info at the KLIA Express website(www.kliaexpress.com), then I get the 'enlightenment' that we'd get off/on at a point and use the bus (provided and included in the fare..) to/from LCCT!! And it costs only RM 12 (in
September 2011) and of course the much much much much much comfortable ride and faster to get into KL without having to worry about the traffic condition. Definitely will use KLIA Express again next time ;) As for the shuttle and KLIA Express schedule, please refer to their website. From my experience, I'd have to say that they're on time as scheduled..
As for continuing to your destination, using taxi would bring you straight to your stop. However, by using bus or the KLIA Express, would bring you to KL Central and you could continue your journey from there..
